NICO Myriad + BrainPath Surgical System
This system gives neurosurgeons a minimally invasive way to access and remove complex brain tumours while protecting surrounding healthy tissue. RUH is among the first hospitals in Western Canada to offer this technology.
The NICO Myriad and BrainPath system will help RUH neurosurgeons like Dr. Luke Hnenny treat deep seated tumours while reducing operating time by up to 50 per cent.

Da Vinci Surgical Table
Saskatchewan’s first Da Vinci surgical table works in direct integration with RUH’s Da Vinci robotic surgery system, allowing care teams to reposition patients during complex procedures without interrupting the surgery. This seamless coordination gives surgeons greater access and flexibility, supporting more precise, minimally invasive care.
