Creating Comfort for Youth in Care: Sway Chairs
A HUG Grant helped purchase therapeutic “sway” chairs for patients receiving care at the Irene and Leslie Dubé Centre for Mental Health and Addictions. Designed to support relaxation and engagement, the chairs have quickly become a favourite among youth in treatment, helping make the care experience more comfortable and supportive.

Advancing Medication Safety in Critical Care: WOW Cart
A HUG Grant funded a new Workstation on Wheels (WOW) for the ICU pharmacy team, giving pharmacists real-time access to patient information and medication orders at the bedside. By improving workflow and reducing delays, this donor-funded equipment helps support safer, more efficient care for critically ill patients.
