Donor Grand Rounds

Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scenes at Royal University Hospital? Are you interested in a particular area within the Hospital and would like to learn more? Would you like to hear from physicians and other medical professionals about the work they are doing?

Not a fundraising event, “Donor Grand Rounds” is our way of saying thank you to donors and giving them exclusive access to areas they helped support. It is an exciting opportunity for you to “don the white coat” and experience an event that emulates a professional adaptation of Physician Grand Rounds tailored to donors that may include a presentation on an aspect of patient care, cutting edge technology, or medical breakthroughs, an impact speaker, a tour, question & answer period, and social time.

Donor Grand Rounds inspires many people that attend. Here’s what they say: “Very informative. The surgeon gave a heartfelt and easy to understand talk” “Excellent as always. Very understandable.” “Thank you! The nurse presenter made operations come alive as she described what was happening.” “An awesome evening of continued learning and hearing the perspectives of the professionals!” “Fascinating to see how my donation was put to work and how much the doctors appreciate the funding.”
