Download your RRSP provider’s beneficiary form. You can find the most common ones in the list below. If yours isn’t listed below, visit your provider’s website or contact them by phone. If your RRSP is managed by a financial advisor, contact your advisor.
Step 2
In the list of beneficiaries, include Royal University Hospital Foundation Inc. and its registration number (11927 9131 RR0001) and indicate the % they should receive.
Step 3
Submit the form to your RRSP provider. It’s also a good idea to let us know so we can recognize you as a member of the Royal Legacy Giving Society and help you explore the best ways to direct your future contribution.
