Meet our new Board Members:
Pam Leyland
Pam Leyland is President of Rawlco Radio and the first woman to lead a Canadian radio company. Born in England, she moved to Saskatoon in 1967 and later studied commerce at the University of Saskatchewan and Radio & Television Arts at NAIT. She began her career in broadcast journalism at CKOM in 1978 and rose through the ranks at Rawlco, eventually overseeing stations in Saskatoon, Regina, and Calgary. Pam has served on national and regional broadcasting boards and is deeply involved in community initiatives. She is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond and Platinum Jubilee Medals.
Dr. Mita Manna
Dr. Mita Manna is a Medical Oncologist at the Saskatoon Cancer Centre and Associate Professor at the University of Saskatchewan. She leads breast cancer initiatives provincially and nationally, including as Chair of the REAL Alliance. Her work focuses on real-world data, quality improvement, and medical education. She received the 2025 College of Medicine Annual Excellence in Research Award. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling and leads the Pedal Wench group at Bike Doctor.
Garth MacDonald
Garth MacDonald grew up on a farm near Stranraer, Saskatchewan, and started his career in agriculture after early roles in banking and sales. In 1991, he launched G-Mac’s AgTeam in Kindersley, building it into a successful farm supply business before retiring in 2023. He is the proud father of three children and now enjoy time with his five grandchildren.
