Enter to win two (2) tickets to the Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) Awards donated by the Jason Blaine Charitable Foundation.

Contest Rules & Eligibility

  • You must be a current Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) employee working at Royal University Hospital (RUH) at the time of entry. Eligibility will be verified prior to awarding the prize. The selected winner must provide a valid SHA employee ID or other proof of current employment at RUH upon request.
  • One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed. You must enter using your SHA Microsoft email account.
  • No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win.
  • The prize consists of two (2) tickets to the Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) Awards at SaskTel Centre on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
  • The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Tickets will be securely transferred to the winner electronically via Ticketmaster. The winner will be responsible for providing the information required to complete the ticket transfer.
  • Entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. (noon) CST on Thursday, September 3, 2026.
  • The random draw will take place on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST from all eligible entries received before the contest deadline.
  • The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided on the entry form.
  • If the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond by Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., another winner may be selected.
  • The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and has no cash value.
  • Royal University Hospital Foundation reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • By entering, participants agree to allow Royal University Hospital Foundation to use their name and department for winner announcements and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
  • Royal University Hospital Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
  • By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these contest rules.
  • To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance and within a reasonable time limit, a mathematical skill-testing question.

Note: If you do not have access to your SHA Microsoft email on your phone, you will need to use an SHA desktop computer to complete your entry.

Personal information collected for this contest will be used only to administer the contest and contact the winner. It will not be shared with third parties or retained once the contest has concluded, unless required by law.
