Women Leading Philanthropy – Join us from the comfort of your home
From the comfort and safety of your own home, Royal University Hospital Foundation invites our WLP donors and guests to join us on
Monday, June 22, 2020 at 7pm.
This 30 minute virtual event hosted by Women Leading Philanthropy co-chairs Rachel Mielke and Dr. Mary Kinloch will give you an insight into the pivotal work being done at the Roy Romanow Laboratory in Regina. Dr. Jessica Minion, Provincial Clinical Lead for Public Health Laboratory Medicine at the Roy Romanow Provincial Laboratory in Regina and her team played a critical role in our province’s ability to test for COVID-19. Together we will learn what processes her team put in place prior to the pandemic that enabled testing for Saskatchewan residents during this critical time.
We will also hear an update from, Dr. Soo Kim, the 2019 recipient of your $100,000 grant and her project, Aftermath of Mastectomy and Breast Reconstruction: Sorting out Shoulder Dysfunction through Biomechanical Analysis.
Please RVSP to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your attendance.
Login information will be sent closer to the date with a reminder of your participation.
This invite is also open to guests who you believe should join you as a Women Leading Philanthropy donor; please feel free to forward this invite.
From our homes to yours, thank you for your participation and for supporting women leaders in health care. See you on June 22!
P.S. If you are a current WLP donor, we have a fun surprise in store for you!
