Royal University Hospital (RUH) Foundation is pleased to announce Jennifer Molloy as the Foundation’s new Chief Executive Officer, following a national search, with an official start date of March 1st 2022. She will take over the reins at RUH Foundation from our retiring CEO, Arla Gustafson. The Board of Directors is grateful for Arla’s leadership, passion and success during her 35 years building a more caring community in the charitable sector, the last fifteen (15) years as our Foundation’s CEO. “RUH Foundation is in an excellent position with committed volunteers, an experienced staff team and generous donors that are looking forward to working with Jennifer in this transition of leadership. We are very pleased to welcome Jennifer Molloy to the Foundation as we continue to inspire health-care philanthropy in the community,” says Doug Osborn, Volunteer Board Chair.
Jennifer was born and raised in Saskatoon and for the past nine years has been the Director of Development at the University of Saskatchewan’s Western College of Veterinary Medicine. Over the last 18 years, she has held fundraising positions at St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation, The Canadian Red Cross and the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan.
Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan (Bachelor of Arts-Sociology) and has held her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation since 2009. Jennifer prides herself on building strong teams, thinking strategically and creating meaningful relationships with donors and stakeholders. She has served as President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Saskatoon Chapter in 2021 and volunteers as a Director on the Boards of READ Saskatoon and Haven Family Connections
