Book your calendar and don your disco threads for our 20th annual gala event – October 13, 2018 – The Royal “Studio 54” Ball! “Like” us on Facebook to keep up-to-date with all things Royal… and groovy!
Royal University Hospital is Saskatchewan’s acute care and trauma centre. With 60,000 emergency patients each year, it is the busiest in the province. Trauma care doesn’t stop in RUH’s Emergency Department though. It follows a trauma patient through all the stages of their stay. To centralize the specialized care for these patients, RUH Foundation is raising $500,000 for a dedicated Trauma Observation Unit for patients that no longer require the Intensive Care Unit, but need around-the-clock observation. Proceeds from the Royal University Hospital Foundation’s 20th Anniversary Ball will help equip the Trauma Observation Unit with state-of-the art equipment including two central observation monitors, six vital sign monitors, six new beds, and two new bariatric beds.
